St Mary School respects all faiths and nationalities and welcomes all to join our community. St. Mary School’s Admission Policy respects all faiths and nationalities, but recognizes that as a parochial elementary school, we exist first to serve members of this parish in the Diocese of Cleveland. A parishioner is defined as one who is registered, attends, and contributes to the parish; therefore, while there is room, students will be accepted in this order:
Parishioners with others in school or to be enrolled in school
New parishioners entering from another Catholic school
New parishioners from a public school
Non-parishioners
Non-Catholics
Upper grade students (Grades 6-8) are accepted on an individual basis considering faith, former school record, and reason to enroll in St. Mary School.
St. Mary School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
